We currently offer tracked and untracked (First Class Mail) shipping! Orders containing 8x10" prints must be shipped with tracking. Any orders over $75 USD will automatically qualify for free tracked shipping.

Melonyans is not responsible for any lost mail.

Due to the ongoing tariff situation, we currently offer limited, untracked international shipping to select countries outside of the US.

As long as your order only contains small items (stickers, sticker sheets, mini prints), international customers can receive their items via stamped letter. Please note that all stamped letters must be sent without tracking, and Melonyans is not responsible for any lost mail.

I aim to pack and ship orders within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, please allow up to 5-10 business days for domestic orders, and 2-5 weeks for international orders.

Please note that I am a one-person operation and once your package has left my hands, it is up to the postal service to deliver your package! If it appears to be stuck or lost, contact your local courier.

At this time we do not offer returns or refunds. All goods will be packed carefully in water-resistant packaging, please make sure to select tracked shipping for the most secure delivery of your item(s).
